Casual and very forthcoming. The conversational mode used to post your recipes is very impressive: a good blogger friendly approach! The pasta fusion recipe was interesting! A desi touch to a foreign recipe. You just tossed in leftovers from your fridge, and lo and behold, you had an interesting turnout! The Malai modak prasadam in the naivediya segment is also lovely, as is the pictoral demonstration of it, with the golden Ganesha in the background.
